Refund and Returns Policy

At Ceylon Mastercraft (Pvt.) Ltd, we take pride in delivering craftsmanship of the highest quality. Each ECO DECO product is individually inspected before dispatch. Should you encounter an issue, our returns process below ensures a smooth resolution.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements.

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective item – Report within 3 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect item received – Notify within 3 days for correction.
  • Change of mind – Not accepted due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

How to Initiate a Return?

  • Submit your claim through our Service Portal or contact us within 3 days via:
  • Please provide your Order or Serial Number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • If your claim is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and next steps.

Return Shipping Requirements.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original inner protection and outer packaging to prevent transit damage.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If we’re at fault (wrong or damaged item), ECO DECO covers return shipping.
  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Replacements

  • Approved replacements ship within 3–5 business days.
  • We reserve the right to offer a similar product of equal value.

Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

  • The same model or a suitable replacement is unavailable, and the customer declines an alternative.
  • The product is lost in transit before delivery.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Final-sale or clearance items.
  2. Customized or personalized items.
  3. Items showing signs of installation or use.
  4. Minor variations in wood grain or tone, inherent to natural materials
